Any persons using, reading, and/or purchasing products on this website agree that access to and the use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Detailed description of products and services:

Mel’s Mixes (Pty) Ltd is a business manufacturing e-Liquid (Vape Liquid) to the public of South Africa. We have our own range of products and also create e-Liquid based on user preference. Products contain: Vegetable Glycerine USP grade, Propylene Glycol USP grade, Flavour, Nicotine.

General Terms and Warnings:

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products from this site. By using this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and also agree to the following terms and conditions.

Many products available from Mel’s Mixes contain nicotine which is a poisonous and an addictive substance. Electronic Cigarettes are intended for use by existing smokers of legal smoking age and should not be used by children, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, or anyone with pre-existing medical conditions without first consulting your doctor. Electronic Cigarettes are not meant to cure, treat, or prevent any illness or disease. Mel’s Mixes Products are intended to be used as a tobacco alternative. These products are not marketed as smoking cessation, nor have they been tested as such. Keep out of reach from children & pets.

Nicotine is addictive and habit forming. Danger of serious damage to health by prolonged exposure if swallowed; irritating to eyes and skin; may cause sensitization by skin contact; may cause harm to the unborn child. Vapours may cause drowsiness or dizziness. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice. This material and its container must be disposed of in a safe way; use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination.

In order to access our products, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to buy the products. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our website. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/s.

Processing of order

Only when full amount is paid and reflects in our bank account, will orders be processed and shipped. An invoice with Bank Account details will be sent to the email address you provide on registration.

Payment options accepted

We only accept electronic bank transfer (EFT) at the moment. Details of the Mel’s Mixes (Pty) Ltd bank account will be available on your invoice sent via email. Using our shop will send an automated invoice response. If you used our Custom Mixes option, an invoice will be sent after the request has been accepted by Mel’s Mixes (Pty) Ltd.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours during week days being Monday to Friday and delivery/tracking number will be confirmed by way of email.

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Returns and Refunds Procedure

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid if it does not meet personal flavour expectations. Returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so any open liquid will not be accepted. When creating your own e-liquid on our Custom Mixes page, you must make sure all inputs was intended and no mistakes were made. Mel’s Mixes (Pty) Ltd will create your mix to the best of our efforts, but cannot accept returns because you did not like the way it turned out.

Responsibility

Mel’s Mixes (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

All registration and contact information/details of clients will be kept private and secure.
